We're looking for an Office & Culture Manager to become the beating heart of our day-to-day operations. What You’ll Be Doing:

🚀 Office & Culture Operations

  • Keep our office running like clockwork – Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and repairs. Lead office renovations or redesigns to create a comfortable, efficient workspace where everyone thrives.

  • Bring the team together – Plan and organize fun local and company-wide events, celebrations, and team-building activities that strengthen our culture and foster a true sense of community.

  • Organize engaging events, celebrations, and team-building activities to foster a strong and joyful team culture.

  • Champion health & safety by proactively addressing concerns and taking on the role of internal prevention advisor.

  • Push continuous improvement – Stay ahead of workplace trends and best practices. Always look for ways to improve the employee experience and make Azumuta an even better place to work.

💰 Finance & Bookkeeping

  • Prepare and send customer invoices, follow up on payments, and support sales with client quotes.

  • Process purchase invoices, manage payments, and keep supplier accounts up to date.

  • Suggest and implement improvements to financial processes and tools.

🤝 Executive & Administrative Support

  • Assist leadership with calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination.

  • Handle the logistics of off-sites, onboarding, meetings, and internal events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

  • Take initiative to keep internal operations smooth, proactive, and efficient.

Job requirements

Have 1–5 years experience in office management, people ops, or a similar role—bonus points if you’ve worked in a fast-growing startup.

Speak Dutch and English fluently; French is a plus.

Handle sensitive matters professionally — discretion is your middle name.
