Job description
As our Customer Engineer, you’ll be the key player in driving successful product implementations from signature to delivery. With a strong project management mindset, you’ll lead the charge to ensure that every customer is set up for success. You’ll leverage your deep product knowledge and communication skills to deliver an outstanding, hands-on customer experience, guiding them through every stage of the implementation journey. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about making sure customers get the most value from our solution.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead project management – Act as the project manager for every implementation, from the initial customer signature to the final delivery, ensuring timely, efficient, and seamless project execution.
Build product expertise – Become an expert on our product and use this knowledge to tailor the implementation to meet the specific needs of each customer, ensuring a smooth setup process.
Provide hands-on support – Lead customer-facing implementation sessions, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to achieve a successful outcome.
Deliver training & onboarding – Provide hands-on training sessions to customers, guiding them through key product features, workflows, and best practices, ensuring a smooth adoption process.
Collaborate with internal teams – Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful handoffs, product alignment, and continuous feedback for improvement.
Ensure exceptional customer experience – Deliver a world-class customer experience, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively ensuring that customers are fully supported throughout the implementation process.
Monitor progress & mitigate risks – Keep projects on track, proactively identifying risks or delays, and taking the lead on course-correcting when needed to keep the project moving forward.
Optimize & improve – Continuously analyze the implementation process and customer feedback to help refine procedures, resources, and support materials for future implementations.
Build strong customer relationships – Establish and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, trust, and long-term success.
Meet customers where they are – Travel to customer sites in Belgium (or internationally as we grow) to strengthen relationships and provide tailored support.
Job requirements

Are tech-savvy – You have a strong understanding of SaaS products and can quickly learn new technologies to drive product adoption and solve problems.
Excel at communication – You’re an effective communicator, able to explain complex ideas clearly to customers and work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Are detail-oriented – You have a keen eye for details and ensure that every project milestone is met with precision and care.
Have 3+ years of experience in a project management or customer-facing role, ideally with a SaaS or tech focus.
Fluent in Dutch & English – Bonus points if you speak French!
