Job description
⚙️ About Azumuta
Manufacturing is entering its biggest transformation in decades.
For years, we’ve helped manufacturers digitize their operations through a platform used by leading manufacturers across Europe and North America. From digital work instructions and quality management to traceability, skills and operational excellence, we’ve helped thousands of operators perform their work better, faster and safer.
But we’re only getting started.
The next generation of manufacturing won’t be driven by software alone. It will be powered by AI that fundamentally changes how work gets done on the factory floor. We’re building a future where work instructions are generated automatically from engineering data, AI agents assist operators in real time, quality documentation is created autonomously, and repetitive administrative work simply disappears.
We’re not digitizing existing processes anymore. We’re redesigning manufacturing execution from the ground up.
Founded in 2016, Azumuta has grown into one of Europe’s leading Manufacturing SaaS scale-ups, working with some of the world’s most innovative manufacturers across industries including aerospace & defense, industrial machinery, automotive, electronics and medical devices.
We’re building what manufacturing will look like over the next decade. If that excites you, you’ll fit right in.
🚀 Build the operating system for modern marketing:
We're looking for a Marketing Systems Engineer to help build the intelligent, connected marketing cockpit that powers how we plan, launch and improve campaigns.
Marketing is becoming a real-time operating discipline. Signals arrive from every channel, customer interaction and market movement, and campaigns need to adapt faster. Decisions need to be grounded in trusted data, not fragmented dashboards and manual reports. You'll help build the system that makes this possible, working closely with the people who own the wider technical architecture.
This is a hands-on technical role within Marketing, for someone excited by the frontier of AI, data and automation. You'll help connect campaign performance, audience signals, pipeline data and market intelligence into a system that gives the team a clear view of what's happening and what to do next.
A first-90-days example: you'll likely start by wiring up tracking and attribution for one priority channel end-to-end (first touch through pipeline), then use that as the template for the next one. From there you'll move into building the automations and signal workflows on top.
🛠️ What you’ll be doing:
Help design and build a unified marketing cockpit connecting campaign, website, CRM and sales data into one clear operating view.
Set up, launch and optimise campaigns yourself across priority channels: Google, LinkedIn, ABM, email and other demand-generation plays.
Build tracking, attribution and funnel instrumentation so the team can see what's actually creating impact.
Build automations and workflows that turn signals (account activity, engagement, intent) into concrete actions: alerts, prioritised insights, campaign adjustments.
Connect systems through APIs, data pipelines and automation tools, in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Engineering.
Monitor data quality and workflow reliability for what you build, and keep improving it as you learn what works.
Connect systems through modern APIs, data models, agent-enabled tools and automation, ensuring the marketing stack works as one coordinated system.
Create experimentation infrastructure that enables Marketing to launch, learn and iterate at high velocity.
Job requirements
🎯 You’d Be a Great Fit If…
You're a technical builder who's energized by marketing, customer behavior and commercial outcomes.
You have hands-on experience with integrations, automations or data work in a marketing, growth, revenue or SaaS environment.
You're comfortable working with APIs, webhooks and data pipelines, even if you haven't designed a full data model from scratch yet.
You have working experience with SQL and are comfortable using code or scripting to investigate, automate and ship.
You're curious about how AI can support research, analysis and workflow automation, and enjoy trying new tools to find out.
You have some hands-on experience launching or optimizing B2B campaigns (paid search, paid social, LinkedIn, ABM, or similar) — you understand the practical side of turning strategy into live execution, not just the infrastructure behind it.
You care about doing things properly: clean data, documented workflows, no fragile one-off hacks.
You communicate clearly with both technical and commercial people.
